The Basics

The Ultroid® Hemorrhoid Management System delivers a very low direct current to the hemorrhoid, causing a reaction in the hemorrhoid. Although some people experience immediate relief, the hemorrhoid shrinks over the next 7-10 days. There is no need for bowel preparation, anesthesia or surgery. And there is no healing time because there is no cutting: you leave the doctor’s office and resume your normal activities.

The entire process can take as little as a half-hour and its done in your physician's exam room. It is covered by most insurers and Medicare. No pain.
